As the Founder I was responsible for establishing and guiding the company's vision. Focused on building a strong team, developing an innovative product, and securing key partnerships. Prioritized fostering a collaborative culture and driving growth. Grew the company from start up with zero customers to over 500 live systems with servers in the EU, US & SE Asia providing global coverage to clients based all over the world.
Took over the stalled development and deployment of an internal CRM system. Working with internal and external stakeholders to deploy to 14 geographic locations. Drove the successful roll out providing on site training at all locations and develop KPI for CRM use and customer engagement.
Working to enhance user experience, and collaborating with teams to optimize product performance. Focus was on aligning product features with business needs and ensuring integration with existing systems to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
I was responsible for planning, running and managing seminar sales programs in collaboration with local radio station over the UK and Ireland to ensure revenue targets.
Developed the recruitment pipeline to transform the system to enable the squadron to develop new soldiers after two years of no recruits successfully finishing basic training.
Taught English to Children aged 4-18 while developing and improving the syllabus.
I organised, planned and promoted government & no-governmental services to local business while developing a database of local case studies for central government reporting.
